1. EXCHANGE POLICY ALL COLLECTION

We only accept Exchange for products purchased directly from the vervewear.in website. Any return requests for products purchased through other channels website will not be accepted.

Please Note: Garments must be unused, unworn, unwashed with original packaging.

•  Return & Exchange are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

•  A ₹250 shipping fee applies for A Single T-Shirt For any size or colour exchange.

•  A ₹350 shipping fee applies for Combo Orders For any size or colour exchange.

•  A ₹450 shipping fee applies for 3 T-Shirts For any size or colour exchange.

•  A ₹500 shipping fee applies for 4 T-Shirts For any size or colour exchange.

•  Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing
them.

•Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method or as Bank credit within 4–5 business days 

If the order has been *Dispatched* and is not *Cancelled* within *24 hours* you will have to pay a *₹200* shipping charge.
