At Verve Wear, we take great care in ensuring every order meets your expectations. Please review our policies below before placing your order.

1. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We only accept return & Exchange for  products purchased directly from the vervewear.in website. Any return requests for products purchased through other channels website will not be accepted.

Please Note: Garments must be unused, unworn, unwashed with original tags, Exchange Tags & packaging.

•  Return & Exchange are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

•  A ₹250 shipping fee applies for A Single T-Shirt For any size or colour exchange.

•  A ₹350 shipping fee applies for Combo Orders For any size or colour exchange.

•  A ₹450 shipping fee applies for 3 T-Shirts For any size or colour exchange.

•  A ₹500 shipping fee applies for 4 T-Shirts For any size or colour exchange.

•  Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge.

•  For returns or exchanges, email us at vervewear.in@gmail.com or Contact Us Via +91 93166 74640 with your order ID and reason.

2. REFUND POLICY

Please Note: Garments must be unused, unworn, unwashed, Damage with original tags, Exchange Tags & packaging.

•  Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method or as Bank credit within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Please Note That ₹150 Will Be Deducted As Shipping Charges For A Single T-Shirts.

Please Note That ₹250 Will Be Deducted As Shipping Charges For Combo Orders.

Please Note That ₹300 Will Be Deducted As Shipping Charges For 3 T-Shirts.

Please Note That ₹350 Will Be Deducted As Shipping Charges For 4 T-Shirts.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing
them.

•Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method or as Bank credit within 4–5 business days 

If the order has been *Dispatched* and is not *Cancelled* within *24 hours* you will have to pay a *₹200* shipping charge.
